On Merrows a web chat or email conversation uses one credit and an SMS thread uses two. A phone call uses three credits for every ten minutes it starts. A conversation handed to your team also uses credits, and this page counts only the resolved conversations you entered.
Every other figure is arithmetic over the numbers you entered. The page makes no claim about how many conversations Merrows will resolve for your business.
